19. In Part 7 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (bodies, etcwhich are public authorities for the purposes of the Act) for “An Education and Library Board established under Article 3 of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “The Education Authority”.
