
Water and Sewerage Services (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2013
An Act to enable the Department for Regional Development to continue to make payments to water and sewerage undertakers for a limited period; and to make provision requiring certain notices to be registered in the Statutory Charges Register.
BE IT ENACTED by being passed by the Northern Ireland Assembly and assented to by Her Majesty as follows:

In Article 213 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (grants by the Department for Regional Development to relevant undertakers), in paragraph (4), for “six” substitute “

Statutory charges2
“50
Any notice given under paragraph (4) of Article 220 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 where that notice relates to—
(a)
any power under paragraph (1)(a) of that Article; or
(b)
any power under paragraph (1)(c) of that Article where the exercise of that power is requisite for, or incidental to, the purposes of any work falling within paragraph (1)(a) of that Article.”.
Short title3
This Act may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Services (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2013.
