7. In this Act—
“the 2008 Act” means the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008;
“the Commission” means the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland;
“the Department” means the Department for Social Development;
“statutory provision” has the meaning given by section 1(f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.
