Financial assistance to provide or improve tourist accommodation4
(1)
In the Tourism (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (NI 3) in Article 11(1)(c)
(purposes of financial assistance) after head (iii) insert—
“(iv)
to provide or improve tourist accommodation,”.
(2)
The Schedule (which provides for the transfer of certain assets and liabilities from Invest Northern Ireland to the Northern Ireland Tourist Board in consequence of subsection (1)) has effect.
(3)
Section 3(4) of the Industrial Development Act (Northern Ireland) 2002 (c. 1) is repealed.
