I1I22Preparation of statement of community involvement by Department

The Department must prepare and publish a statement of community involvement.

The statement of community involvement is a statement of the Department's policy as to the involvement in the exercise of the Department's functions under Part 3 of persons who appear to the Department to have an interest in matters relating to development.

The Department must prepare and publish a statement of community involvement within the period of one year from the day appointed for the coming into operation of this section.
