I1I219Exclusion of certain representations

This section applies to any representation or objection in respect of anything which is done or is proposed to be done in pursuance of—
a
an order, or proposed order, under section 1 of the New Towns Act (Northern Ireland) 1965 (c. 13);
b
a redevelopment scheme prepared and submitted under Article 48 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (NI 3);
c
the preparation of, or adoption of, a development scheme under Part 7 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (NI 11);
d
an order under Article 14 or 15 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 (NI 15);
e
a simplified planning zone scheme;
f
an enterprise zone scheme.

If a council, or a person appointed by the Department to carry out an independent examination under this Part, or the planning appeals commission thinks that a representation made in relation to a development plan document is in substance a representation or objection to which this section applies, the council, person or commission (as the case may be) may disregard it.
