4. This paragraph applies to an association football match in which one or both participating teams represents a club which is for the time being a member of—
(a)the Football League,
(b)the Football Association Premier League,
(c)the Football Conference,
(d)the Welsh Premier League,
(e)the Scottish Premier League, or
(f)the Scottish Football League.
