In the Pollution Control and Local Government (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (NI 19), after Article 31 (disposal of removed vehicles) insert—

“Guidance31A

A district council in exercising any function conferred under Article 30 or 31 shall have regard to any guidance given for the purpose by the Department.”.
