16Duty to persons found to be homeless
In Article 10 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 (NI 23) (duty to persons found to be homeless) after paragraph (2) insert—
2ZA
The Executive shall cease to be subject to the duty under paragraph (2) if the applicant ceases to be eligible for assistance under this Part by virtue of Article 7A(1)(a) or (b).
