6.This Act contains 35 Sections and 2 Schedules which amend or introduce new provisions to a range of Northern Ireland Civil Registration legislation, such as, the Births and Deaths Registration (NI) Order 1976, the Marriage (NI) Order 2003 and the Presumption of Death Act (NI) 2009.
