In section 4(1) of the 1967 Act (grant of road service licences), for the words “ “road service licence”) to provide such a service as may be specified therein” there shall be substituted the words “ “bus operator's licence”) ”.

In section 81(1) of the 1967 Act (interpretation)—

a

after the definition of “the Authority” there shall be inserted the following definition—

“bus operator's licence” has the meaning assigned to it by section 4(1);

b

the definition of “road service licence” shall cease to have effect.
