The Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 (c. 26)
14.—(1) In section 2(5) omit the definition of “the justice department”.
(2) In sections 8(7) and 9(2)(a), (3), (4), (5) and (11) for “justice department” substitute “Department of Justice”.
(3) In section 88 omit “ “the justice department”,”.
(4) In section 90(1)(c) for “justice department” substitute “Department of Justice”.
(5) In Schedule 3, in paragraph 5(2) and (3) for “justice department” substitute “Department of Justice”.
