3  In Article 4(1) (the contribution-based conditions), at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “ and ”. N.I.

4  In Article 5A(1)(c) (the conditions for claims by joint-claim couples), for “any such family” substitute “ a family of which the couple are members ”. N.I.
