This section gives effect to the repeals and revocations in Schedule 4. It lists provisions in Part 2 of Schedule 4 that will have effect on 6 April 2010. It protects the operation of Article 3 of the Tax Credits Act 2002 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2003 - (savings in relation to the abolition of child dependency increases).
