in paragraph (5) for the words from “after the expiration of” to the end of that paragraph substitute “ after such period (not being a period of more than 12 months from the date of completion of the work in question or such other works as may be prescribed) as may be prescribed. ”;

in paragraph (6) for “18 months from the completion of the work” substitute “ the period mentioned in paragraph (5) ”.
