Application of building regulations to the Crown

11.  In Article 22 of the principal Order (application of building regulations to the Crown)—

(a) paragraph (3) is omitted;

(b) in paragraph (5)—

(i) in The definition of “Crown building” for “in which there is a Crown interest” substitute “occupied by the Crown”;

(ii) the definition of “Crown interest” is omitted.
