SCHEDULE 2 N.I. THE REGIONAL AGENCY FOR PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING

General powers N.I.

2—(1) Subject to any directions given by the Department, the Regional Agency may do anything which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of, or in connection with, the exercise of its functions. N.I.

(2) But the Regional Agency may not borrow money.
