In Article 2(2) (general interpretation)—

in the definition of “the Road Traffic Orders”—

omit“and”; and

ii

after “2007” add “ and the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 ”;

“taxi” has the same meaning as in the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008;
