PART 1 REPEALS COMING INTO OPERATION UNDER SECTION 18(1)

	Article 63(2A) to (2D).
	In Schedule 11,— (a) in paragraph 1(4)(b), the words “the representations that the second condition for disqualification is met and”; (b) paragraph 1(8)(b) (c) in paragraph 1(11), the word “and”; (d) in paragraph 4(2), the word “or” following paragraph (a).
The Health and Medicines (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 (NI 24).	Article 4.

PART 2 REPEALS COMING INTO OPERATION UNDER SECTION 18(2)

The Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 (NI 14).	Article 15B(3) and (6).
	In Article 15C(2)— (a) in the definition of “HSS employee”, paragraph (c), and (b) the definition of “qualifying dental practitioner”.
	In Article 15D— (a) in paragraph (2)— (i) sub-paragraph (b), and (ii) the definition of “practitioner”; (b) in paragraph (6), the words from “(whether” to “otherwise)”.
	Article 15F.
The Health and Social Services (Primary Care) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (NI 7).	In Article 2— (a) in paragraph (3), the definitions of “pilot scheme” and “piloted services”, and (b) paragraph (4).
