In Articles 2(7)(a), 277 and 278 of the 2005 Order (service of documents and electronic working) references to that Order are to be treated as including references to the following provisions of this Act—

• Chapters 2 and 3 of Part 1;

• section 59(1)(c);

• Chapter 1 of Part 3.
