Contribution notices and financial support directions: bulk transfers N.I.

11  In Article 279(2) (overriding requirements)— N.I.

(a) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

“(da) any direction issued by the Regulator under Article 35A(6);”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea) any direction issued by the Regulator under Article 39A(3);”.
