Records of applications and certificatesN.I.
80—(1) The Commission shall keep a record of all applications for, and certificates of, incorporation under this Chapter [F1and documents sent to the Commission under this Chapter shall be kept by the Commission for such period as it thinks fit.]
[F2(2) Subject to subsection (3), documents kept under this section shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times; and any person who is provided with a copy or extract of any document kept under this section may require it to be certified by a certificate signed by a member of the staff of the Commission.]
(3) If the Commission so determines, subsection (2) shall not apply to any particular document, or to any document of a description, specified in the determination.
