Interpretation of Part 762
(1)
In this Part—
“land” means land in Northern Ireland;
“mortgage” includes a charge; and
“rentcharge” means a periodical payment charged on land.
(2)
Nothing in section 57 or 58 applies to any disposition of land by way of mortgage or other security.
