Restriction on institution of proceedings for certain offences178
(1)
No proceedings for an offence under this Act to which this section applies shall be instituted except by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.
(2)
This section applies to any offence under—
(a)
section 19;
(b)
section 25;
(c)
section 33(11);
(d)
section 71; or
(e)
section 87.
