SCHEDULE 1 THE CHARITY COMMISSION FOR NORTHERN IRELAND

Remuneration, etc.

3.  The Department may, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, pay to or in respect of members of the Commission—

(a) remuneration;

(b) allowances and fees; and

(c) sums for the provision of pensions.
