Regulations as to notification of deaths

13.  In section 118(1) (regulations as to notification of deaths by Registrar General)—

(a) after “the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998” insert “, the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 2002”;

(b) for “either of those” substitute “any of those”.
