12Interpretation of F1sections 5A to 11
In this section and F2sections 5A to 11—
“benefit” includes any allowance, payment, credit or loan;
F3“cautioned”, in relation to any person and any offence, means cautioned after the person concerned has admitted the offence;

“family” has the same meaning as in Part VII of the Contributions and Benefits Act;
