• “benefit” includes any allowance, payment, credit or loan;

• F3“cautioned”, in relation to any person and any offence, means cautioned after the person concerned has admitted the offence;

• “family” has the same meaning as in Part VII of the Contributions and Benefits Act;

• F5“income-related allowance” has the same meaning as in Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 (employment and support allowance);
