As soon as reasonably practicable after the issue of a direction under this Part, the local housing authority which applied for the direction must publish it in whatever manner it thinks appropriate.

The authority must also take other reasonable steps to bring a direction, or the revocation of a direction, issued under this Part to the attention of persons likely to be affected by it.
