13 W In paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 (restriction on power of removal in case of registered charity)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1)—

(i) after “has” insert “ received public assistance. ”;

(ii) omit the words from “, at any time” to the end of the sub-paragraph;

(b) omit sub-paragraph (2).
