69How appointments to be made in other cases
(1)
The appointment provision must provide for the appointment of committee chairs in cases other than those set out in section 67 and 68.
(2)
The appointment provision applicable in the other cases must comply with—
(a)
sections 70 to 73, or
(b)
section 74.
