(1)Section 2(1) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 is amended as follows.
(2)In paragraph (f) omit “and”.
(3)After “delegated)” in paragraph (g) insert— “; and
(h)the head of democratic services designated under section 8 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011”.
