21Head of democratic services to be a politically restricted post

Section 2(1) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 is amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph (f) omit “and”.
(3)
After “delegated)” in paragraph (g) insert—
“; and
(h)
the head of democratic services designated under section 8 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011”.
