158Power to modify provision about Panel
The Welsh Ministers may by order make modifications of this Part so as to—
(a)
add, vary or omit provision about the Panel’s membership, the tenure of its members, or its procedures;
(b)
add, vary or omit provision conferring or imposing a function on the Panel.
