CHAPTER 7GRANTS TO COMMUNITY COUNCILS
129Welsh Ministers' power to pay grant to community councils

The Welsh Ministers may pay a grant to a community council towards expenditure incurred or to be incurred by it.

The amount of a grant under this section and the manner of its payment are to be such as the Welsh Ministers may determine.

A grant under this section may be paid on such conditions as the person paying it may determine.
4
Conditions under subsection (3) may include (but are not limited to)—
a
provision as to the use of the grant;
b
provision as to circumstances in which the whole or part of the grant must be repaid.
