9Short title and commencement

This Measure may be cited as the Domestic Fire Safety (Wales) Measure 2011.

The following provisions of this Measure come into force on the day after Royal Approval—
a
sections 1(4), 3(1) and 3(2), but only for the purpose of enabling matters to be prescribed under sections 1(4)(c), 3(1) and 3(2), respectively,
b
sections 6, 7 and 8, and
c
this section.

The remaining provisions of this Measure come into force on such day or days as the Welsh Ministers by order appoint.
