8Rheoliadau a gorchmynion

(1)Mewn perthynas â rheoliadau neu orchmynion a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan y Mesur hwn—

(a)rhaid eu gwneud drwy offeryn statudol,

(b)caniateir gwneud darpariaeth wahanol ar gyfer achosion gwahanol, dosbarthiadau gwahanol o achosion a dibenion gwahanol,

(c)caniateir gwneud unrhyw ddarpariaethau trosiannol, darfodol, canlyniadol, arbed, cysylltiedig neu atodol fel y gwêl Gweinidogion Cymru yn dda,

(d)caniateir eu gwneud, yn achos rheoliadau sy'n rhagnodi materion at ddibenion adrannau 1(4)(c), 3(1) neu 3(2), dim ond ar ôl i Weinidogion Cymru gynnal y cyfryw ymgynghoriad ag y maent o'r farn ei fod yn briodol,

(e)caniateir eu gwneud, yn achos—

(i)gorchmynion a wneir o dan adran 6(2), a

(ii)gorchmynion a wneir o dan adran 7(1) sy'n diwygio, yn diddymu neu'n addasu unrhyw Fesur Cynulliad, Deddf y Cynulliad neu Ddeddf Seneddol,

dim ond os oes drafft o'r gorchymyn wedi'i osod gerbron y Cynulliad a'i gymeradwyo drwy benderfyniad y Cynulliad, ac

(f)ac eithrio—

(i)y rheini y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (e), a

(ii)y rheini a wneir o dan adran 9(3),

maent yn agored i gael eu diddymu yn unol â phenderfyniad gan y Cynulliad.
