OPTIONAL PROTOCOL TO THE CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD ON THE SALE OF CHILDREN, CHILD PROSTITUTION AND CHILD PORNOGRAPHY W

Article 7 W

States Parties shall, subject to the provisions of their national law:

(a) take measures to provide for the seizure and confiscation, as appropriate, of:

(i) goods, such as materials, assets and other instrumentalities used to commit or facilitate offences under the present Protocol;

(ii) proceeds derived from such offences;

(b) execute requests from another State Party for seizure or confiscation of goods or proceeds referred to in subparagraph (a)(i);

(c) take measures aimed at closing, on a temporary or definitive basis, premises used to commit such offences.
