145Replacement of Welsh language schemes with standards

(1)

The functions conferred on the Board by Part 2 of the 1993 Act (and transferred as mentioned in section 143) are abolished.

(2)

The following provisions of the 1993 Act are repealed—

(a)

Part 2;

(b)

section 34(1) and (3).
