3 E+W In this Schedule—

• “licensed gas supplier” (“cyflenwr nwy trwyddedig”) means the holder of a relevant gas licence;

• “relevant gas licence” (“trwydded nwy berthnasol”) means a licence under section 7A of the Gas Act 1986.
