17Gorchmynion a rheoliadau

(1)Mae unrhyw bŵer sydd gan Weinidogion Cymru i wneud gorchymyn neu reoliadau o dan y Mesur hwn yn arferadwy drwy offeryn statudol.

(2)Mae unrhyw bŵer sydd gan Weinidogion Cymru i wneud gorchymyn neu reoliadau o dan y Mesur hwn yn cynnwys pŵer—

(a)i wneud darpariaeth wahanol ar gyfer gwahanol achosion, gwahanol weithgareddau sy'n ymwneud â'r diwydiant cig coch neu wahanol sectorau o'r diwydiant;

(b)i wneud darpariaeth yn gyffredinol neu mewn perthynas ag achosion penodol;

(c)i wneud y cyfryw ddarpariaeth gysylltiedig, atodol, canlyniadol, byrhoedlog, trosiannol neu'r cyfryw ddarpariaeth arbed ag y gwêl Gweinidogion Cymru'n dda ei gwneud.

(3)Mae offeryn statudol a wneir o dan unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Mesur hwn, ac eithrio adrannau 3(3), 4(4) neu (5), 5(4), 6(3) neu 18(2), yn ddarostyngedig i ddiddymiad yn unol â phenderfyniad gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.

(4)Ni chaniateir i unrhyw offeryn statudol sy'n cynnwys gorchymyn o dan adrannau 3(3), 4(4) neu (5), 5(4) neu 6(3) gael ei wneud oni fydd drafft o'r offeryn wedi ei osod gerbron Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru a'i gymeradwyo ganddo drwy benderfyniad.
