The Welsh Ministers may determine the rate of the production component and the slaughter or export component.

The Welsh Ministers may determine different rates for different cases (including different descriptions of slaughterer or exporter and different descriptions of animal).

The rates determined under this paragraph may include a nil rate, but cannot exceed the maximum rates set out in this Schedule.
