102.Mae adran 41 yn darparu pwerau mynediad i unrhyw berson a awdurdodir gan Weinidogion Cymru i fynd ar unrhyw adeg resymol i mewn i fangre yng Nghymru lle y gwarchodir plant neu y darperir gofal dydd ar unrhyw adeg, Mae is-adran (2) yn darparu i berson awdurdodedig bŵer i fynd i mewn i fangre os oes achos rhesymol i gredu bod plentyn yno yn derbyn gofal yn groes i ddarpariaethau Rhan 2 o’r Mesur.
