13Oaths and affirmations

The Commissioner may—

(a)

administer an oath or affirmation to—

F1(i)

any person giving evidence to the Commissioner, and

F2(ii)

any person acting as a translator or interpreter in connection with evidence given to the Commissioner, and

(b)

require that person to take an oath or make an affirmation.
