The Commissioner may—
(a)administer an oath or affirmation to—
[F1(i)]any person giving evidence to the Commissioner, and
[F2(ii)any person acting as a translator or interpreter in connection with evidence given to the Commissioner, and]
(b)require that person to take an oath or make an affirmation.
