5Drinking water in schools
(1)
A local authority must ensure that a supply of drinking water is available, free of charge, on the premises of any maintained school.
(2)
When deciding how best to discharge its duty under subsection (1) a local authority must have regard to any guidance issued by the Welsh Ministers under this subsection.
