(1)Section 31 of the Learning and Skills Act 2000 (c. 21) is amended in accordance with subsection (2).
(2)In section 31(2)—
(a)in paragraph (a) delete “and”;
(b)at the end of paragraph (b) insert “and”;
(c)following paragraph (b) insert—
“(c)sufficient to satisfy the entitlements conferred under section 33F”.
