(b)in subsection (3) replace “on it” with “on them”;
(c)in subsection (3) replace the first reference to “National Assembly” with “Welsh Ministers”; and
(d)in subsection (3)(d) replace “National Assembly thinks” with “Welsh Ministers think”.
