Persons liable to civil sanctions E+W

17 E+W The regulations may make provision about the persons liable to civil sanctions under regulations under this Schedule and may (among other things) provide for—

(a) the officers of a body corporate to be so liable as well the body corporate itself, and

(b) for the partners of a partnership to be liable as well as the partnership itself,

in such circumstances as may be specified.]
