6.—(1) In Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 of 4 May 2011 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of air conditioners, Annex 3 (the label) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1.4 (reversible air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D), for the label image, substitute the following image—

  • the blue background: 100,72,00,18.5;

  • the red crosses: 00,100,81,4

  • the remaining part: 100% white;;

(b)in point 3, for “EU logo” substitute “UK flag”.
