| Section 39 and the entry in Schedule 7 for the “Health Service Commissioners Act 1993(1)” but only to effect the repeal of paragraph 9 of Schedule 1A to that Act | For the purpose of removing the duty on the Health Service Commissioner for Wales to prepare and submit an estimate of the income and expenses of his or her office for the financial year ending 31 March 2007. |
| Section 39 and the entry in Schedule 7 for the “Government of Wales Act 1998” but only to effect the repeal of paragraph 8 of Schedule 9 to that Act | For the purpose of removing the duty on the Welsh Administration Ombudsman to prepare and submit an estimate of the income and expenses of his office for the financial year ending 31 March 2007. |
